Zu den Trümpfen der weißen Rebsorte Encruzado zählt ihre nahezu perfekte Balance zwischen Süße und Säure. So strukturierte und körperreiche Weine haben außergewöhnliches Alterungspotential. Reduktiv ausgebaute Trauben besitzen delikate Aromenvon Rosen und Veilchen, leichte Zitrusaromen, ein Hauch von Harz und manchmal intensive mineralische Noten.
